Causes: Human Service Organizations, Human Services
Mission: Our mission is to remove barriers to professional mental health counseling and make it available to all by offering individual therapy and group session to children with special needs, at-risk youth and their support systems, and emerging adults overcoming stressors in their lives such as poverty, discrimination, domestic violence, abuse, addictions, unstable homes, and academic difficulties.
Results: To date, we have partnered with several other organizations to help meet the needs of our community as it relates to mental health counseling for youth. We have signed Memorandums of Understanding with community partners such as Augusta Partnership for Children, Bridge Builders, Elephant in the Room Counseling Services, Hope and Restoration Counseling, and Tabernacle Baptist Church.
