Programs: The champion fire department is one of two departments that share the function of providing fire protection to the town londonderry with a resident population of a little less than 2000, and a substantial second-home population. In 2017 it made 48 calls for south londonderry and surrounding communities, including 16 structure fires, 4 chimney fires,3 auto accidents, 5 power line issues, 3 hazmat, 2 ems assists and 5 miscellaneous calls. The total man hours our members put in for these call amounted to 480. 75 hours.
