I've volunteered with The Challenge Program for several years, and it has always been a great experience. My favorite award category is Academic Improvement because you see a lot of students who don't normally win awards being recognized for the first time. Great way to motivate more kids to achieve!

Taking part in The Challenge Program's efforts was truly rewarding! To see the excitement of the staff, the positive responses from the students when they realized that they were being recognized for their successes, amazing! Not only the students, but the businesses that are partnered with the high schools, that they believe in the students, in brings relevancy to the education they receive and opportunities that are available right in the community in which they live! Support The Challenge Program and all their efforts to keep kids in school and provide workforce opportunities!!
