Mission: The C. G. Jung Institute's primary purpose is to train analysts according to the teachings of Carl Jung and his followers. The Institute is a container of Jungian thought for mental health professionals as well as members of the general public. The Institute also houses a clinic which is dedicated to providing quality, low-cost therapy by mental health professionals certified in Jungian psychology.
Programs: In the Institute's facility it operates the Archive for Research in Archetypal Symbolism, the Virginia Allan Derloff Library, Public Lectures and Professional Education Programs, the Analyst Training Program, the James Goodrich Whitney Clinic, and the Library Journal. All programs and publications are open to the public with the exception of the Training Program and Professional Programs, which have certain requirements.
