Programs: The world was not built for disabled people, but we know it can and should be. Disparities in healthcare and access affect all aspects of everyday life for everyone. CPARF envisions a world that is inclusive, accessible, and full of opportunity. CPARF, founded in 2015, funds US-based research to change what’s possible for people with cerebral palsy, implements proven science, empowers people through education, and advances technology benefiting disabled people worldwide.
