Mission: Centro Legal, founded in 1981, is dedicated to providing high quality civil legal services to low-income Latinos in Minnesota. We provide our services on a sliding-fee scale based on household income and family size. We focus our services on the most vulnerable Latinos in the community, monolingual Spanish speaking persons and newly arrived immigrants. The Latino community in Minnesota is growing at an explosive rate, more than 100% every decade.
