Mission: To improve the quality of life and promote the self-determination of latinos and immigrants in eastern massachusetts through health, education, and social well-being strategies.
Programs: Training and education:provides basic adult education to adults in the cambridge and chelsea communities in massachusetts. Services include, but are not limited to, adult basic education in native language literacy, ged preparation and english to speakers ofother languages.
hiv/health program:community health programs offer a range of bilingual and culturally competent public health services. These include confidential hiv counseling & testing and hiv/aids case management & support to increase public knowledge about healthy lifestyles and reduce the incidence of hiv infection in the community.
family and community:various counseling and support programs to assist individuals and families meet development and basic needs goals. Includes immigration counseling & citizenship preparation, substance abuse counseling & driver alcohol education, and young parent's support.
