Mission: To design and direct high-performance, results-oriented, universal employment services to meet the workforce development needs of employers, workers, and job seekers in central missouri.
Programs: Workforce investment act (career center, adult, youth, dislocated workers, rapid response)
national emergency - to create temporary jobs to assist in the clean-up, restoration and humanitarian efforts as a result of the major disasters
the other programs provided by central region workforce investment include other federal and non federal programs. The programs include the state parks youth corp, the universal challenge course, and the dol study contract.
