Mandy is the person I delt with. I needed a few days at a motel for a job interview. She lies about her dates and times "when she feels like giving out motel vouchers". She is also head of the Salvation Army. This woman speaks to you in a condescending manner, as if your beneath her. She is beyond rude. All you hear from her is how she can't do this, and can't do that. Really? What are you hear for? Somebody give this lady some advice in RESPECTING YOUR ELDERS!

This non profit Community Action Agency's weatherization program ruined my home and refuses to take responsibility for it. A full 30 page report from the state health department proving the mistakes made upon their work done was sent, as well as many other reports I have gathered over the last two years. Yet these, as well as my voice continues to be ignored and left in the dark. I have done everything there is to do to try to get this to come to a resolution. The refusal of the remidations to fix my home continues with The Department of Administration, also ignoring my sent reports proving the responsibility not taken. I have been denied the regular service of my furnace due to this situation as this non profit program had installed it. Giving the reasons for "modifications of the furnace filter" the Department of Administration advised to be completed. Yet the Home Energy Plus Program tells a much different story which relates to "the weatherization issues" as being the reason for this denial. This, along with many other guidelines have been broken upon this work done in my home. The refusal and lack of responsibility shows this agency is not one to be trusted. As well as the continuing to ignore my repeated complaints and further pushing this issue away makes this agency very disrespectful and dangerous should this happen to anyone else. I pray it doesn't and I'm thankful I have had the strength to make it two full years so far in my never ending fight for justice for my home, my family, myself, as well as those before and after me with similar situations.
