Nonprofit Overview
Mission: The mission of Central Virginia Disability Association is to bring advocacy to the disabled citizens of Lynchburg and the surrounding counties. We have a heart for the plight of the disabled community and it is our sincere hope that we can assist others in creating a better living environment for all involved.
Results: We spend most of our time doing advocacy work for people who don't know how to do it for themselves. We are presently conducting our first fundraising to provide funds to service wheelchairs for the ones we have donated to people in need. To provide program materials for our Batterers Intervention Program.
Target demographics: All the disabled in the Lynchburg, VA and surrounding Counties.Regardless of the income.

Programs: Angles at Work, Homeless housing Project (disabled Veterans homeless) Batterers Intervention Program.
