Mission: "To provide a unique orchestra experience leading to performances that shape, educate and inspire lives of developing youth musicians in the communities of Central Minnesota."

Geographic areas served: the central Minnesota region
Programs: educational opportunities through rehearsals, performance, music classes (history, theory, conducting, score study), field trips, other engaging events. The program uses a Fair Share program which makes the program affordable for all students who qualify for an ensemble.
