The small group of dedicated staff works with inner city youth, providing tutoring, emotional support, opportunities to see people, experiences, and places outside their neighborhoods. They are given the chance to work, hold small fundraisers to pay for their activities, and given the opportunity to see future possibilities of college and careers.
