Mission: To provide family centered services via an appropriate period of residential group care for children and youth from ages 9-21, who cannot remain at home due to dependency, neglect or abuse, by providing a wholesome atmosphere that is conducive to their emotional social, spiritual and physical growth and development which promotes positive family functioning and independent living.
Programs: Medium/moderate care program - provided short-term and long-term residential care to 52 children in need of temporary placement out of their homes.
emergency/respite care program - provided short-term residential care to 2 children in need of temporary placement out of their homes.
higher education - provide financial resources to students enrolled in accredited institutions of higher education (colleges and universities) to supplement other grants in aid. There was one client enrolled in higher education during the last quarter of the fiscal year.
