Mission: We believe the disenfranchised middle class is searching for greater meaning and purpose. We believe this group represents the greatest leverage point for transformational change, starting within themselves and their family relationships, their communities, this country and finally having global impact. By developing skills of emotional intelligence, spiritual maturity and leadership, we help better equip people to express deeper meaning in their lives. By developing personal, family, corporate and community vision, purpose, principles, values and beliefs, we foresee individuals and eventually this country gaining not only a competitive advantage but regaining a role of global leadership and inspiration.
Programs: We teach the basics of personal transformation, understanding the personal responsibility implicit in creating our experience. We have implemented pilot programs for small groups in the northeast and southeast USA in Personal Mastery. In building Trust within organizations, developing basic skills (communication, time management, team building and supervisory skills) in organizations. All of these process at the core represent increases that the secular world calls emotional intelligence but which we know as the basics of spiritual maturity.
