Mission: Cstp is a unique and innovative washington state nonprofit organization that helps build a strong, supported and effective teaching force for washington students. Established in 2003, we promote state and local policies and practices to helpthriving, professional educators positively impact student learning.
Programs: Teacher leadership development: cstp provides support and training for teachers, schools, districts and the state in the areas of teacher leadership and promoting teacher voice. The center also promotes state and local policies and practices to help thriving, professional educators positively impact student learning.
