Is to provide severly needed books to people in developing countries who might not otherwise have books, and to provide needed books to families and private sector organizations within the united states who lack available books and related educational resources. Cheer is founded on the tenet that education is fundamental in helping people realize their full potential and improve their economic status. Cheer is founded on the belief that successful nation-building requires the development of human resources through education and training.
Programs: Shipping books and educational resources to developing foreign countries and within the united states. The organization also tutors school children.
