The 128 subsidized units and 84 market rate units includes studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. All apartments include 24-hour live-in maintenance staff and expansive views of bostons skyline. Additionally, the housing complex is located in coolidge corner with easy access to nearby shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation.
