Mission: celebrate! RVA is a non-profit dedicated to celebrating the birthdays of underprivileged children. We are firm believers in the power of celebration and the complete and utter joy that we have the privilege of giving kiddos as we celebrate their special day. Our mission is simple: to give disadvantaged children a memorable birthday celebration in a safe and fun environment. Because everybody deserves a party.
