Gail and Fred are amazing people. They give SO MUCH of their time to their community, and ask for so little back. They offer necessary services to a community so often isolated and uncared for. I would give my whole paycheck if I could...that’s how important I feel their work is.

They are amazing people who love to help others. They helped me through my pregnancy and were mine and my baby’s advocates the whole time. They are godsends in such a desolate place: Pine Ridge Rez ranks high in infant loss, poverty, alcohol and drug abuse. We wouldn’t be here if not for them.

I'm forever grateful to this foundation. No one would listen to me about my 2 year old daughter. I knew she had a speech problem and the physicians at our local hospital kept saying it was normal. With the help of the Cedar Face Foundation they found a provider who would listen they also helped us with resources to get there. Now my girl is where she should be. After talking with Gail she informed me about other resources and education they offer, she help me identify that I do have PTSD regarding and incident that happened to me a few years ago and helped me get counselling. I thought they would just forget about us but they kept in contact and to this day they still help us with a ton. I recommend them to friends who I know who've gone through traumatizing experiences like me, I also recommend them to first time mom's and regular mom's and dads who need help. Keep up the good work Cedar Face Foundation!!!

I can’t say enough about this: first off they were honest with me regarding breast feeding & they helped SO MUCH. When I was having some trouble being a first time mom & trying to understand post-partum depression they were there for me. Wonderful advocacy & they were extremely helpful with all of my legal questions that popped up. I have no idea what I’d do without them & the help/support they provided me!

I love the Cedar Face Foundation. They help me get to my OB appointments, and after my baby was born my Cultural Advocate helped me to keep breastfeeding my baby when I thought I wasn't making any more milk. Relax, eat, drink and sleep when baby does. She helped me alot. They work with me, coach me, and are there every time I call. I feel like everyone at the Cedar Face Foundation cares about me, my baby, and my whole family. Thank you Cedar Face Foundation. You rock!
