Mission: Community clinic, inc. Seeks to fulfill its mission of providing high-quality primary care and health-related services for medically under-served persons, promoting improved access to health care services, and conducting cci's mission in a nondiscriminatory manner, sensitive to the needs of the community and the dignity of every individual.
Programs: Health centers: provide comprehensive primary care services to 56,705 individual encounters, many of whom do not have any health insurance. Cci-taya provides teens and young adults with affordable, timely and culturally competent, direct clinical care and educational outreach services.
woman, infants and children (wic): nutrition counseling to 31,247 income-eligible infants and children, as well as pregnant and breastfeeding women.
comprehensive dental service program providing 11,157 dental encounters to patients primarily on medicaid or un-insured.
