The Cayenne Wellness Center changed my life completely. Before going to the center, I suffered from severe depression and anxiety. I attended counseling services for more than a year and it has changed and improved my life in a positive way. My self esteem has grown tremendously, which now allows me to develop a healthy relationship with my family, friends and significant other. This program gave me the foundation to control and cope with my anxiety, something I would have not been able to do without the help of Dr. Rowley.
Cayenne Wellness Center and Children’s Foundation is a life-changing non-profit! Prior to being introduced to the center, I suffered from insomnia, loss of appetite, stress and anxiety among other ailments associated with post traumatic stress disorder. Dr. Rowley introduced me to her 3-4-4 nutritional eating method and designed a special treatment plan for me. Within the first week of implementing information I learned at Cayenne Wellness Center, I experienced dramatic changes in my mental, emotional, as well as physical wellness. My overall health not only improved, but has been enhanced as noted by my medical doctor. I am calmer; I able to get a good nights rest; I look healthier, and I have plenty of energy. The many benefits of Cayenne Wellness Center and Children’s Foundation are countless and I feel absolutely superb! Also, the non-profit has not only enhanced my personal well-being, but stimulated me to be more socially responsible through being introduced to Machao Orphanage in Kenya, Africa which is a key component of the Children’s Foundation. Machao Orphanage heightened my awareness of the impact of the HIV/AIDS epidemic. This portion of the non-profit further facilitated my healing by presenting an opportunity where I could look beyond myself and contribute to meeting the fundamental needs of poor, orphaned children in Kenya. I was so touched by Dr. Rowley’s dedication in Africa that I was inspired to join her in serving those less fortunate. I raised over $1,100.00 for the children of Machao Orphanage. All in all, the Cayenne Wellness Center and Childrens Foundation’s existence has positively effected every area of my life and has ultimately resulted in me being a better world citizen. I am forever grateful to Dr. Rowley because she has enhanced my life and has had a profound impact on my entire family, as well as those around me.
The Cayenne Wellness Center and Childrens Foundation is an incredible and amazing organization. I'd like to think it was luck that I happen to meet Dr. Carolyn Rowley - but now I know it was fate and good timing. My wonderful and loving son was born with a life long chronic illness. And my family and I have tried to provide the best care possible for this lovely young man. Cayenne Wellness - specifically Dr. Rowley has been more than a therapist she has become a mentor, educator, counselor and a true advocate for children and adults. Dr. Rowley's tireless efforts to provide support for her patients and families is awe inspiring. She has persaonally helped our family navigate our way through a public education system, that is ill equipted to deal with children that have special needs. Without her support, knowledge, sincerity, truthful (and always candid approach) I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. Cayenne Wellness treats the whole person through nutrution, exercise, motivatiion and a sense of self worth that you can't put into words. This organization has truly impacted my son's life and my families lives, in the most positive way imaginable. Dr. Rowley is a godsend- and we are thankful everyday that she is in our lives.
The Miscarriage support group at the Cayenne Wellness Center provided the exact environment that I was looking for as I was working through the grief of losing two babies due to miscarriage. For months after my first miscarriage I craved an environment in which I could openly grieve for the child that I had lost. That desire was only magnified following my second miscarriage. The Cayenne Wellness Center Miscarriage support group provided that and more. I not only found a safe environment to share my grief, but I also developed lasting relationships with other women who had experienced a similar loss. I wholeheartedly recommend this support group to anyone who has experienced the loss of a child to miscarriage.
