Programs: Brother francis shelter [established 1982] is a temporary emergency shelter for both single men and women. The shelter provides laundry facilities, showers and an evening meal. Through serveral partnerships and a great deal of caring, guests are assisted with case management, referrals for job employment, mental health issues and treatment options for substance abuse.
refugee assistance and immigration services: provides a bridge for refuges from their former life experience to the new skills required for success in the united states. The program assists clients in obtaining a lifestyle that has sustainable financial support and in which the family's basic needs are met on a long term basis. Rais offers a wide range of bilingual services including case management, life skill orientation and job readiness classes.
family disabilities services: provides care for individuals who experience development disabilities and offers a support system for their families. Trained providers offer care for clients in the consumer's home or out in the community. All families reported that this care given gave them a great sense of stress relief.
