I have seen their visual arts and been very pleasantly impressed. I have experienced dance presentations at the Cathedral and been astounded. From humble beginnings this organization has blossomed from the many blooms planted. What a contribution to each and every participant and to the city in general. Thank you Cathedral Arts Project!

The Cathedral Arts Project is a stellar organization. It delivers high quality arts education, leveraging every dollar and resource available. I serve on the Board of CAP and have had the privilege of interviewing community leaders and stakeholders for strategic development. Without fail, CAP is affirmed for the critical and transformative work our staff facilitates. Lives are changed through artistic expression and the guidance of loving, disciplined administrators and teachers. I spoke with a student this week who has been a CAP student for four years. She has grown in artistic skill and confidence so much so that she is applying to an arts middle school. Her family is so proud.

I have been impressed by the quality of CAP leadership and community interaction. The dedication of the teachers, the inspiration and pride the youngsters demonstrate to their families and peers prove the value of arts education in developing an atmosphere of achievement in what is often a challenging public educational environment.

Without the Cathedral Arts Project many of our city's children would not be able to experience the life-enriching experiences that performing and visual arts provide. In addition by providing programs where the children succeed and overcome adversity Cathedral Arts Project gives children the gift of hope by instilling in them confidence, self-worth and the courage to go beyond their expectations.

I have been involved with Cathedral Arts for the past three years, and in my opinion, it is the best afterschool program in Jacksonville. By opening a world of creativity and passion into the lives of children, CAP is teaching children that success is possibly in every aspect of their lives.
