I have first hand seen the great work does with their participants. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by kind and professional staff. I love that they have many services for low-income participants all in one location because transportation can be a challenge for these individuals. Overall, The Catalyst Foundation is a wonderful place that helps our community in this time of need.

Catalyst Foundation recognizes the importance of uncovering the root of childhood abuse and trauma. There are many people who have suffered with adult addictions and living problems that can be attributed to something they did not work through in childhood. Like 12 step programs that are very near and dear to me, Catalyst helps you accept yourself and love yourself and realize that you can only change yourself.
Treating the root causes of childhood abuse and trauma helps make for a stronger adult in the world.

The Catalyst Foundation provides direct health and support care to those who need it most, including many friends of mine. Outstandingly, the Foundation also addresses underlying difficulties in people's lives
that complicate and sometimes obstruct recovery and healthy lives.
I have benefited greatly from reading their material and seeing presentations.
