I have been trying for weeks to settle a dispute with your organization regarding a charge that was added to an invoice which had already been paid in full. I have been told half a dozen times I would be called back regarding a billing dispute and none have done so yet. Even my MRI report was incorrectly written and I was told by the writer it would be redone and forwarded to me which it has not. I was told by the person - Danielle whom I paid my bill that it was PAID IN FULL. The supervisor whom I contacted before service was performed also told me the full charges which I would pay. There were no additional services performed outside what my physician ordered. Yet this company seems to think they can later tell you all fees quoted are estimates and get away with it. How would you like to order a burger from a restaurant only to be told at the front door it was only an estimate and you still owe us more money? I would like someone whom can take care of my issue to contact me. A1721200430
