We have participated in Coffee Hose for 15 years. My clients absolutely ❤️ it! They have a wide variety of activities for them and add new ones to keep it fun and exciting. They enjoy the light dinner meal they serve too.
Their favorites are BINGO and the live dances with a band!!! Join us...you'll never stop going.....see you soon!
The Coffee House began in 1974 that is a social program for developmentally disabled adults in the Denver Metro area. The Coffee House/Carron Coffee House provides the volunteer opportunity to serve, help, talk and discover the experience of moving “outside of yourself” to meet and enjoy wonderful people.
We have been bringing our clients to Carron's Coffee House activities for more than 5 years. Our clients have never been disappointed with any of the activities offered through this organization. With such activities as games, bingo nites, puppet shows, dances, etc., our clients have always ended the evening activities on a very upbeat note usually asking when they could come back again. One of our clients' favorite parts of participating at CCH is having pizza. Sharing pizza with friends, and having a fun evening, what more can we ask for our individuals. We are so grateful that we discovered Carron's Coffee House and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a safe, fun, free experience for their clients.
I have been driving special needs people to Carron Coffee House for close to 30 years and have come to know many of the people they serve. The entertainment is always quite interesting and I know all of their clients wish Coffee House occurred more often. In addition to the entertainment, a meal is served and then a Catholic priest comes and celebrates mass on the level of the clients. The lives of the clients are certainly enriched by the program.
My son loves going to the Carron Coffee House activities. They do a great job entertaining, feeding and providing a Mass for the adults with disabilities. Monica and Luis provide a very welcoming environment and there are plenty of volunteers to interact with the attendees. The puppet shows they put on are especially well done and fun.
Carron Coffee House is a wonderful program that offers a place for people to go and fellowship and have a very positive experience all around. I have volunteered there for 2 years now and am going on my 3rd year. The program is very near and dear to my heart. To watch the patrons interact with each other and the volunteers is a priceless experience. I get so much joy out of volunteering and being a part of this program. I am grateful the program is available to those who need it and grateful it is a part of my life.
I love Coffee House. The staff is fun, caring and inviting.
I love to see the joy on the faces of the clients. The serve dinner and provide music and activities.
Carron Coffee House is an outstanding program that really supports the IDD community and their caregivers. It is a loving group with wonderful volunteers and a great host facility.
Carron Coffee House is amazing! The people behind the scene are caring, attentive and sensitive to the needs of those they serve. Coffee House provides activity and camaraderie to people with ‘special needs’, providing support also for caregiver families by giving them a few hours respite. My family’s participation is multifaceted: we have a family member who has profited of the program, we have volunteered and are financial supporters. They have been a blessing to my family member for many years and we hope their services continue for many years to come! Blessings to all involved in this wonderful program!
