We had a neighbor who passed away and left 12 feral cats he had sheltered and fed with no one to care for them. Caroline County Animal Control brought traps to humanely catch them and Caroline County Humane Society, CCHS, took them all in and gave them a second chance for life and the hopes of being adopted. We are grateful to them in their work to care for and find homes for the animals they shelter.
