Mission: The corporation is organized and shall be exclusively operated as a not for profit corporation for charitable, benevolent, scientific and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986. The corporation shall engage in any lawful activities within the purposes for which a corporation may be organized under the illinois general not for profit corporation act of 1986. The corporation's purposes shall include, but not be limited to operating facilities and divisions that will provide health care and other related services as well as employing physicians and others for that purpose.
Programs: Carle physician group (cpg) - serving people through high quality care, research and education. To provide physician and related services that maintain or enhance clinical services. In 2014, cpg performed approximately 806,236 outpatient visits and made nearly 24,500 physician admissions to the carle foundation hospital (cfh). In addition, cpg physicians performed approximately 14,100 surgeries at cfh.
champaign surgicenter, llc (asc) is a free-standing ambulatory surgery center located in champaign, il. The asc is a full service outpatient surgery center with operating rooms, a recovery area and limited laboratory and radiology services available. In 2014, nearly 4,600 procedures were performed across a wide variety of medical specialties.
arrow ambulance, llc (arrow) provides emergency medical assistance and transportation in the champaign-urbana (cu) area and many outlying communities. It has over 15 exclusive service agreements outside the cu area servicing over 1,400 square miles. Arrow has a total of 16 ambulances which provide over 17,755 transports per year.
