Mission: Deliver housing and social services to formerly homeless and low-income households.
Programs: Strives to reduce homelessness and empower the marginalized by providing access to housing and services that foster dignity, self-sufficiency and well-being. Programs include transitional housing, permanent supportive housing, rapid rehousing and behavioral services. In 2017, the organization had the following accomplishments:- ended homelessness for 527 client households for a total of 695 individuals. - provided behavioral health services to 208 uninsured individuals.
