Caring Network is an amazing ministry focused on serving women with unexpected pregnancies. Devoted to preserving human life, each client is treated with care and respect. Fears are addressed, resources are explained and hope is given where clients may have thought there was none. In this climate of disregard for the unborn, Caring Network is a light in the darkness.

I have had the privilege of volunteering at Carenet Pregnancy Services for over 4 years. I have been able to see firsthand the impact this ministry has on women facing an unexpected pregnancy. They may come through the door frightened and confused, but they leave armed with information, resources and knowing they are not alone. The staff gives 100%+ effort to their work, combined with respect and acceptance of each client. Carenet is a blessing to women who often have nowhere else to turn.
I was suffering from PTSD and overwhelming feelings of guilt over two abortions that I had in my twenties. I learned about CareNet's Restore program that helps people who are suffering after having an abortion when a speaker from CareNet came to my church. My peer councilor was so unconditional in her love and support of me as we worked through the Bible study they use called, "Forgiven and Set Free". I was able to work through my grief in a healthy way guided by Scripture and know that God does love me and forgives me and that I not only can forgive myself but the people who hurt me during those painful times in my past. I have grown so much with the help of this wonderful program through CareNet that I am now a volunteer for the same program so that I can share this healing journey of love and grace through Jesus with others!
Caring Network Illinois has diligently served the community for 36 years. The leadership and staff follow the highest standards of ethics and are a trusted organization consistently seeking to invest every donation wisely and towards their core mission.
Again and again, Caring Network amazes me. Not only does Caring Network help women and families navigate unplanned pregnancy, but they truly empower individuals. Caring Network empowers women and families to recognize their strength and their ability to care for their child and live a beautiful life. They offer free pregnancy test, ultrasounds, counseling, guidance in finding a job, or a place to live, or resources to get insurance...and so many other practical resources! Additionally, Caring Network partners with Bridges. Bridges is a free parenting program designed for families seeking help during pregnancy and the early parenting years. Here individuals are provided with material goods and mentors. There are both English and Spanish-speaking classes so that individuals can learn as they earn the supplies they need. Caring Network does not stop after helping with the unplanned pregnancy, Caring Network empowers individuals to truly thrive.
I have met the counselors who work here and they're all wonderful. They're so kind and really listen to and care about their clients. Also all the services they offer are free, just amazing!

This nonprofit is very well-run organization. The women that work for it are compassionate, kind, and genuinely seek the well being of each woman that enters the doors. I am grateful for their impact and pray that it will continue for many decades to come.

I was introduced to CareNet several years ago and wholeheartedly supported the work that they were doing. However, it took a few years for my wife and I to become more exposed to the real impact CareNet has in our community and in women's lives. My wife and I, along with our kids, attended an open house to learn more about the organization: their purpose, approach and values. And we were able to hear the stories of the many client's lives that have been significantly changed through their interaction with CareNet. It's compelling when an organization's mission is clearly communicated and the impact can be seen even by young children: shortly after our open house visit, our elementary school-aged son came down with a fistful of bills in his hand. We have a Giving jar set up in our kitchen and he said that he wanted to give it to CareNet to support the work that they were doing in our community. CareNet's mission is simple and clear enough for a child to understand and support.
More recently, I've had the opportunity to become a board member and have been able to learn more about the inner workings of this organization and can confidently say that CareNet remains true to its mission which began over 35 years ago and does so by stewarding its resources well and treating every person who comes through its doors with dignity, compassion and love.
Carenet is an amazing Christian organization in which God's light shines through their employees and volunteers. Carenet delivers excellent service, support & outreach to DuPage County residence and beyond! I have personally witnessed this through the testimonies of their clients at their annual Banquets. Whether a client chooses life or abortion, the Carenet staff consistently exemplifies Gods unconditional love and hope to all! Denise Winkleman was the 1st employee I was able to meet and she embraced my questions re: Carenet volunteer opportunities. She welcomed every question and delivered each answer with a great deal of passion. As a result--I was able to meet a life long friend along my journey to help support and save the lives of babies.
I have been involved with Care Net Pregnancy Services of D u Page for 18 years. Its excellent leadership team and staff make it an organization worthy of support. For this reason I continue to personally donate time and money to its ministry. Newcomers will discover a warm sincerity at Care Net.
Emotionally I was on the sidelines of crisis pregnancy advocacy. I attended a meeting where Beth explained the reasons Carenet exists. The driving force is compassion. Compassion for the parents who are making the most important decision in the life of their unborn child. Compassion for the child who's life hangs in the balance. Life is valued at Carenet. Carenet offers support in all aspects of the decision by offering wise counsel, meeting physical needs, encouraging a relationship with Jesus, compassion and help for those who are wounded by the affects of abortion . I am no longer on the sidelines. I am completely convinced that we need Carenet to teach us that each life is precious and we can make the choice, no matter how terrifying it may be at the moment, to give life to the unborn.
I've been supporting and hearing about the great work Carenet has been doing for more than 5 years. They provide much needed support and advice to expectant mothers who may feel like they are completely on their own. It's such a valuable service. Other places these people might go to get assistance may not have their best interest in mind. There are a lot of great non-profits, but I can't think of any more important than Carenet - they truly save lives!
