Mission: Our mission at Career Gear Twin Cities is to enable low-income men to achieve gainful employment and self-sufficiency by providing work clothing, hygiene & grooming products, career counseling and follow-up support services.Career Gear Twin Cities is not a job-placement or job-training organization. Partnering with job-training organizations that serve fathers, ex-offenders and men seeking to transition off public assistance, our organization accepts referrals from these organizations once their clients have a scheduled job interview with a potential employer.
