Results: CareBOX Program has served 1477 patients from ages 2 months to 93 years old impacted by more than 52 different types of cancer. Over $1,000,000 worth of nutritional supplements, mobility items, and infection prevention supplies to the patient's home.

Programs: Cancer patients are referred to CareBOX Program by their physicians, social workers & nurse navigators. They apply through a simple online process found on the CareBOX Program website. Each patient can customize their CareBOX from a list of over 40 items that meet their own personal needs. They can choose from items such as canes, shower chairs, commodes, walkers, infection prevention, nutritional shakes, diapers, blankets, wedge pillows, skin care creme, ostomy supplies to name just a few. After the CareBOX is packaged and ready for delivery it is assigned to a volunteer driver who brings it directly to the patient's home.
