I got conferred by Canon in Ontario. I spent my funds, assurance of being reimbursed for the graduation gowns of faculty and graduates. My certificate had my name spelt wrong. To date, I have not received my Bachelor degree certificate or funds from my pocket.
It's unethical and unlawful. Over a decade has passed.
I pray one day, those who abused my trust will rectify their actions. For the Almighty's sake those affected. I forgive all parties.

I enrolled and finished all the required classes and earned a Chaplains Degree back in 2010. Purchased a ID card, Badge and a Certificate. With in three months my order arrived and I was thrilled. According to the College you need to pay for a renewal each year of $75.00. So in 2011, I purchased my yearly renewal ID Card and it arrived with in three months. This year I went through this same process, but to this day have not received my renewal. I called the college several times and was told they were working on it. My ID expires July 1st, so during all of July I called and e-mailed and got all kinds of answers. They told me that Dr. Malahoo was in Kingston Jamaica. I made several calls to him over there and each time he cut me short and said I would receive it this week. Never did it come. Last week I was told they were out of ink and I would have to wait a while for them to locate some, so again they told me to wait that it was coming. Yesterday I told them that I really needed my renewal as soon as possible in a e-mail and this morning I got a e-mail back from them and this is all it stated...We will return you 75,00 tomorrow to your acc. what is my acc? I paid through pay pal using a credit card, so I guess this is what they mean. I also bought a new wallet for $30.00 and also back in April I ordered a second ID card $40.00. all in total $145.00. Today I received a call from Dr. Malahoo and he said they can't get the ink so I need to pay $85.00 so they can order it. He also said I should just buy a life time ID card for $500.00 because they might be selling the school. I told him I am not buying anything else until I get the things that I already paid for. He got mad and said if I wasn't going to help him get the ink or buy the life time ID card then I needed to send my Badge and expired ID card back to them that those item were there property and the badge was the property of the police. I told him I would not send anything back that I had purchased and earned. He said he works with the police and the FBI and I need to follow his orders. I said Listen I only want my new order and he said I will return your money and you can not be any part of our school anymore, and he hung up. So all morning I have been on the phone with PayPal and my Credit card company to get this all refunded. Good Luck to those who really think that you will get anything from them for all the months and hours of your studies and all the test you took and paid all the money required for the degree. Do your self a favor and try a different college, as I truly believe I was a fool and I got taken. I am praying that all my money will be refunded and that this school will be caught as I believe there are out to scam people and get as much money as they can right now. BE CAREFUL, and PRAY about it before you enroll.
Back in August 10 of 2011 I signed on with Aicca , a chaplaincy program part of Cannon Bible College. I waited 2 weeks and still did not receive the material which I paid for. I had sent 2 emails during that time period along 2 messages left on the voice mail service. When I received no reply I contacted Paypal to refund my money. The very next day, Dr Malahoo called me and explained that he was away in New York for a funeral but that he would take care of everything immediately, which he did. Upon the completion of my course which was in late September I finished my course, paid for my Badge, ID card and Completion Certificate. I did not receive my badge or my ID card until after I sent several emails and phone calls. In the beginning of December, after many phone calls and emails sent to Dr Malahoo, I finally received my badge and ID yet still did not receive my certificate. I spoke with him in December and he stated that there would be an ordination in Brooklyn December 10, 2011 where I could receive my certificate in a ceremony. I explained to him at that time I would be unavailable that day due to my work with my church's food pantry but could he please mail me my certificate. He said it would be no problem, at that time I told him that I was moving in January and that I would like it sent out immediately. It never happened. I never received my certificate. I am still waiting for my certificate, that I earned and paid for, and having spoken to Dr Malahoo I have found him to be a man words do not match his actions. Being a christian for many years I know the importance of coming under the covering of a leader who truly embodies the character of Christ. I find Dr. Malahoo lacking in this area and would wish to warn anyone who considers coming under this ministry to be very careful. He should not be running any type of school . AICCA does not have a full time functioning office and does not return emails or phones calls in a timely manner. As christians we are supposed to do things with the utmost of excellence, knowing that we are supposed to be a representation of who Christ is in us. I have extended patience and kindness towards him at every turn yet he has still not done the responsible thing. I would not recommend any educational platform Dr Malahoo is involved with.
