I used to work with this organization. Though my ministry philosophy has shifted, I continue to this this is a great ministry that works with great integrity. The president live on the same salary as all other staff, as determined by location and cost of living; in fact, staff with kids and living in more expenive locations likely earn a higher salary (which they have to raise via supporters).
The financial integrity alone wins praises, but I'd also say very character-filled leadership and staff. Noone is perfect, but it was a great organization to work with all in all.
