This is the worst place to work, the supervisors and manager are treated horrible. Looks Like a jail. You can't hear music, you can't brew coffee, the AC is very old and it doesn't work and you can't have a fan.
The people who run this corporation make a lot Of money sitting around doing nothing.
They Make their employees work every weekend and holidays.
They are Also forbidden to make friends with customers, that's why employees have a bad attitude.
The Place is super dirty, they don't have public restrooms and several times customers do their needs in the dressing rooms.
Employees are not allowed to buy there.
There Are cameras everywhere, they just die of thinking someone can steal from them.
I Don't recommend this place to work, it's a hell.

This is a horrible company to work for. They treat their employees like crap. We NEVER get a Saturday off. We NEVER get two days off in a row. They give you paid “sick” days but if you use on you get “attendance points”..which means if you get too many points you can be fired. This place is literally micro management hell. If we cut ourselves on the job and need a Bandaid, a report has to filled out explaining why the baindaid was used. Just a horrible place to work.

What a scam this is. People "donate" items that get sold for pure profit that lines the pocket of CEO and his wife making hundreds of thousands of dollars in salary. Their "good will"? Giving people jobs. Wow, doesn't every employer give people jobs?? And they are too cheap to accept bank cards, which would shave a few pennies off their profit. And it you bounce a check, even for a 69 cent item, they will sue you in court. I would never donate anything to such an operation. People are foolish to think this is a charitable organization.

The non for proffit quote on quote is not a actual non for profit all profits are going into the owners pockets. They treat their employees like garbage and make them dig their bare hands into donated goods. They cant wear gloves or masks to even protect their lungs from all the dust. Everything is a scam they dont pay their employees enough money for the crap they have to deal with everyday. The owners make enough they can pay more and appreciate their employees instead of being selfish bastards. Also employees cant listen to music cant even be appreciated at all. And the bonuses are bs some only get .85 cents while some dont get nothing its dumb as all hell.

The pay for the top two executives is appalling. Seriously, pay levels above $350,00 each for a husband and wife team. Obviously, they are out for themselves rather than the good of the community. I will never enter or donate to a Goodwill again. Ser

The recent article about your CEO and his wife's $800K annual salaries is appalling. I will no longer donate to your organization until your compensation committee is fired and salaries are reduced to reasonable levels. A housing allowance; shameful. Imagine how many centers you could staff by just cutting their salaries in half! Disgraceful!
