Mission: The association's purpose is to promote the rights and welfare of public housing tenants in the planning and immplementation of programs that affect them, serving as the liaison between public housing residents and the public housing authority. Also to serve as an advisory board to the seymour housing authority in the areas of occupancy, general management, maintenance, security, resident training, resident employment, social services and modernization.
Programs: Facilitate grant from hud for resident service coordinator consultant as liason with housing authority management and assistance with resident activities/services.
