Causes: Disaster Aid, Health, Health Support, Search & Rescue Squads
Mission: C.E.M.P. was founded in 1962 to assist the community in times of need including searching for missing persons in the wilderness and urban environments, providing rescues and other emergency disaster assistance such as evacuations, communications and perimeter controls. C.E.M.P. also provides emergency medical response and standby first aid at community events. C.E.M.P. works with the Los Angeles Police and Fire Depts., Park Rangers, and the San Fernando City Police Dept. along with many other agencies.
