My wife was an alcoholic until the Sinclair method cured her alcoholism. She tried AA. It did not work. She simply could not see a life without alcohol as the center around which she lived everyday. Thankfully one day I saw a video on Youtube called "How I overcame alcoholism" by Claudia Christian. Claudia opened my eyes to this FDA approved method that has a 78% success rate compared with 3% for AA. She answered all of our questions and told us about C Three Foundation. The website had all the information that we needed including where to find a local Sinclair method Doctor. My wife was an immediate responder to this method. The first night on half a dose of naltrexone,we laughed and talked for hours and it was the first time in years that I was able to look into her clear and happy eyes and have an intelligently wonderful conversation. She is cured now. I can't understand why the Sinclair method is not the mainstream way of curing this horrible disease. C Three Foundation is a grassroots nonprofit that has continued to keep going even with the issues that COVID has presented. The fact that they continually encourage people to seek the path that's right for them in treating AUD whilst advocating The Sinclair Method of treatment is refreshing. The passion and commitment of Claudia and Jenny cannot be rivalled and it is my absolute pleasure to continue to donate money to them each month. AUD runs in my family, and knowing that there is a nonprofit out there that is as kind and caring as these ladies, is everything. I've even shaved my head for them!
C3 Foundation is a fantastic organization and helps thousands of people break the ties of Alcohol Use Disorder. From their informative website, their member supported online forum, to their group page on facebook, they help people time and time again.
I've struggled with AUD for many years and only through the promotion of The Sinclair Method have I found concrete steps in the right direction. I am very grateful for this foundation!!!
C3 foundation and TSM saved my life. I am shocked that this method is not more widely known or made available to people suffering from AUD. I went to rehab twice, after Sinclair had conducted his Research and yet none of the ‘experts’ in the field ever mentioned it to me, I don’t think they even knew about it. Fortunately with the work of the C3 foundation it is now getting more widely known. Fundamentally I am grateful that I have now found TSM but I am also angry for the years I have lost and broken by the friends that I have lost to this desease. I did over four years sober with AA. Punctuated with drinking times. During that time I lost 6 friends to suicide or because of an accident while on a relapse binge, this desease is no joke. It kills people from the inside taking their dignity and self respect. The only help we offered them up until now was to pray and confess their sins? Not only does this method enable us to be control of our lives it allows us to do so with dignity. It doesn’t require us to delve into our shame and repent. It recognises that AUD is a physial desease with a physiacal cause and now a physical cure. With over 3 million people annually dying from AUD related causes, not to mention the damage caused to families and communities and people lost to suicide because of their desperation at not being able to control it I cannot over emphasise how important the work that this foundation does.
The Sinclair Method (pharmacological extinction) helped me recover from alcohol addition. It was for me the only thing that works and in less than six months I am no longer drinking heavily, in fact I'm hardly drinking at all.
The C Three Foundation's online resources were very helpful to me when I was first learning about the method. The support and information available online is invaluable and it is very important to help spread the word about this treatment to the millions of people who need it.
Claudia saved my life. I was desperate and started listening to hypnosis videos for alcoholism on YouTube, and it miraculously stopped on Claudia's TedTalk. I only watched it because I recognized her, and I felt as if she was telling my story. I had never heard of TSM before that moment. A new world opened up for me, and now I'm on a path to recovery. I will be forever grateful!
I was at the end of my rope. After 50 plus years of trying to find a way to stay alive within my alcohol use disorder, nearing the breakdown of another marriage, and feeling there really was no hope, I came across the work being done by Claudia Christian and the C3 Foundation. C3 gave me a place to go that accepted me and honoured my desire to be well. Their promotion, support and embrace of The Sinclair Method to treat AUD has been everything for me. I can't recommend C Three foundation enough!! The website provided clear, concise information on alcohol use disorder, and I couldn't have accessed treatment without the fantastic work of this charity, when I started out. After liver function tests gave worrying results, I researched, prayed, and found Claudia's Ted talk. I'm now down to probably 30 or 40% my previous consumption, and am properly engaging with family, lost passions, and life in general. Love to all at C Three, and everyone who promotes TSM.
Hi I am thrilled to have found you! Claudia Christian you have given me hope where I had none. I was able to get my prescription for Naltrexone from the Telemedicine service you provide. I was not able to find it anywhere else. The only doctor I could find was too far away in my state of NJ. I am on day three of starting Naltrexone and I have already cut my drinking almost in half. My mind is clearer and I am able to function and be productive in my business. Today was the first day I did not wake up with a hangover in over a year. Drinking was ruining my life. I am a single mom of 2 teenage boys, self employed and was not able to grow my business the way I needed too. I was barely getting by day by day. I made a hot breakfast for my children this morning. The C Three Foundation does a great job by informing people who suffer from alcohol use disorder about a really helpful method to get control back about their drinking behavior without abstinence only. As a medical doctor I can confirm that the pharmacological extinction works well in the vast majority of all cases even when a physical dependency has manifested. And the C Three Foundation does also a great job in connecting the patients and the doctors around the world!

The C Three Foundation was a life-saver for me in providing me all the tools and resources I needed when I was looking to change my relationship with alcohol. They taught me about The Sinclair Method as a way to stop drinking, and provided me with all of the resources of I needed to get started -- including doctors in my area, drink logs, helpful tips and information, and more. I was someone who went from a daily heavy drinker, to now as someone who doesn't drink at all 1.5 years later. I am way healthier and happier and it's all because of the work the C Three Foundation does to help people battling an alcohol addiction.
CThree is doing extremely important work! They proved to be a source of vital information for me and ultimately helped me to win over my AUD.
C-Three does amazing work informing people of Medication Assisted Options for SUD as well as decreasing stigma. I'd been told over and over how "there is no medical solution for a spiritual malady" told there was "only one way" etc. I'm so grateful that a group like C-3 is supporting medical methods and working so hard to have it be the norm.
