8 years ago I moved to The Valley from San Diego with 5 little puppies and a dog that I inherited from my brother who had passed, one of those puppies had a liver shunt and was told he wouldn't make it to 10 months old. I was walking in the park in desperation as to what I could do to save him as I had made an appt to have him put down in 3 days. I met the most wonderful woman and her husband walking in the park and it was Isabelle from Care4Paws and she told me that Chewy was worth saving and if he had any serious symptoms to get ahold of her and she would help me. well 8 years later I called her and told her that I needed her because Chewy had a bladder stone and could die needing emergency surgery and if she remembered meeting me in the park. To make a long story short she came through for me she helped me with the surgery and Chewy didn't die. I had just gotten out of the hospital with pneumonia so I was also healing and she saved us both. I can't even believe it but she did and I don't know how I could ever repay her for what she did for my little chewy? It was the most wonderful unselfish thing I had ever encountered in my life. Isabelle keep doing what you're doing. The world needs more Isabelles.
