Mission: The butte ymca purpose is to build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for each person it serves through programs based on christian principles. The ymca helps strengthen families and build better communities. The ymca addresses community needs through wellness, leadership, and family activities by providing fitness programs, facilities, sports, and community daycare.
Programs: Community - ymca provides facilities for a total of approximately 4,200 members. Membership is allowed to utilize fitness programs, equipment, and aquatic programs. The center is operated for the health and social needs of the community. Individuals of all faiths, races, abilities, and income are welcome to participate in any program.
daycare and childcare services - the facility provides child care services for members, after school programs, pre-school, and summer and out of school camps.
sports programs - the ymca provides youth sports programs for the elementary children of the community. Various sports programs are operated to help the children develop both mentally and physically.
