Mission: Burroughs Community Center was opened in 1997 to meet the needs of the Bridgeport community. Utilizing a unique approach designed to minimize duplication of services and maximize available funds Burroughs has grown in seven years to work with more than 70 other non-profits groups making an impact on more than 45,000 people in 2008.
