Can't stand them..they throw a fit if you have trash cans outside of house but yet what do they really do for the community???? I see houses upon houses with broken down vehicles, work vehicles, unkempt yards, the list goes on. What do the dues we pay even go towards? It takes like an act of Congress to get in touch with anyone at the actual HOA. We have a pool that seems to always need to be maintained and closed a lot so seriously what does the HOA really do for the homeowners?
