Nonprofit Overview

Causes: Arts & Culture, Fund Raising & Fund Distribution

Mission: Bully4You Rescue & Rehabilitation Inc, is an all volunteer, SC licensed rescue operated by a 501©3 nonprofit corporation. We truly love saving lives. We pull dogs out of our surrounding shelters that are on the euth. lists, and give them a true chance at love and life. We take any age, any size, any breed, and any status! Once we save these babies, we care for them like they are our own. We get them fully vetted, we work on rehabilitating them, and training them. When they are ready, we find them the perfect fur-ever home for them. We also take dogs off the streets, who need our assistance, search for their families (and return them if they have one), or add them into our rescue, and find them a home. We truly believe that each animal, deserves a true chance at a loving home!

They lie, and they steal. Laura Burmeister pointed at my mom and told her to stop talking when she was trying to ask a question about what she was saying. We didn’t care because we just wanted a dog to love—Laura’s attitude was irrelevant. This is my experience. They lied over and over and over about a DNA result. I asked what the results said, and she said she “couldn’t remember, but it’s a Heinz 57 mutt.” I caught her in a lie, realizing later the results never came in. Don’t trust these people. With anything. and don’t purchase from them. It’s a fraud and a cover for backyard breeding. Ironically, that’s exactly where she kept the litter—in her backyard deck, in the Georgia heat. They’re awful.

I contacted this rescue about helping me to rescue a beautiful sweet pittie Apollo that is currently at Lexington County SC Animal Control. A neighbor and I rescued him from a bad situation. The neighbor was supposed to keep him over the weekend while I researched rescues to take him. Instead she called the pound, a kill shelter, and told them he was a stray. I contacted this rescue with my story, and they just said "no". I asked why. They said "because I said so" and I didn't need a reason. A text fight ensued. NOT PROFESSIONAL! I wouldn't trust them one bit with an animal! I'll be contacting others as well!

This rescue is awesome. They go above and beyond for the fur babies they rescue. Their loving and nurturing hearts really make a difference in the lives of innocent pups trying to find their fur-ever homes.

Bully4You has rescued so many dogs in the few months that I have known them. And not just the "easier" toy breeds or puppies. They work hard to rehabilitate dogs and find good homes for them

Bully4You has gotten off to a fine start in its efforts to responsibly save animals. They recently have obtained their 501c3 and are forming excellent relationships with shelters and other rescues in the CSRA. Keep up the good work! ~Mary Lou Seymour Rescue Co-ordinator Shelter Animals Advocates

We live in a community where animals are allowed to breed freely. People purchase puppies only to forget about them when they are no longer 'cute' anymore. We live in a community where animals are tossed aside for having treatable demodex. I have witnessed this rescue take these forgotten ones. Spay, Neuter them, medically treat them. Then adopt them to good homes. Bully4you is sorely needed in our area. When you donate to this rescue you are stopping a dog from ending up in the shelter system. You are stopping unnecessary breeding. Rescues like this one is not afraid to get dirty to help the helpless and homeless. Foster,Donate,Adopt rescues.

Our family had to unfortunately had to drop off a dog at the shelter. She was a good loving dog that needed a good home. Thanks to Mrs Robin from HIC warehouse she was fully funded and treated for heartworms. She is now in Naples Fla hopefully with a great family. Thank you Mrs Robin for all you do for the discarded Pitt Bulls.

I have seen many dogs come through this rescue and many in such need that most people would've have written them off as dead. Bully 4 You R&R is run by a family primarily and that includes their children that work like adults helping to take care of and teach the dogs. And though limited on volunteers and funds they still manage to make it work, from new born puppys to seniors all I need of love, medical care and attention. I try to donate when I can to help them and I hope that many more people will donate when they can and how they can to help B4Y R&R to save more lives!

This organization goes above and beyond to assist animals with severe cases of need and provides emergency care to abandoned, abused, and neglected pets. They then place these pets into their fur-ever homes. Fantastic foundation!

We had a young family member in need of having her own special companion. We were blessed to find Bully4You Rescue & Rehabilitation. We found Hazel and she has brighten our entire families lives. The entire process was explained and handled with compassion from all involved. They continue to keep a check on her and us and we've had her for ten months now.

I have known, from the day that I met her, how much Toni King-Smith loves dogs and how her heart beats for them. I have volunteered for Bully4You and it never ceases to amaze me how wonderful this organization really is. They take on some of the most serious, desperate cases that I have ever seen. These animals are given the best of medical care, they are kept in a home environment where they can be social and heal, and they are showered with love. I have nothing but respect for all Toni does to help animals and I am proud to call her friend.
