The staff, nurses, and doctors here are very friendly and warm. They gave me a lot of medical advice. And there are Chinese herbal medicines, this combination of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine makes me feel healthier.
I want to share my experience with Dr. Chen in Acupuncture, I had a backpain and went to see Dr. Chen for only three times, and it got done. Thank you, Dr. Chen for your great acupuncture skills.

I got my new glasses at Tzu Chi! Glasses are of excellent quality and at low prices. And from optometry to getting glasses is very fast. I like here.
All the staff at the health centre are very welcoming and kind and Dr denq is an exceptional doctor. Accepting Medi-cal here, I experienced the most comfortable medical service in Tzu Chi health center.
Beginning in March 2021, TzuChi medical has opened an epidemic prevention hotline for people who need to take covid vaccine, especially the elderly. On the one hand, if they don’t understand English or don’t know the Internet, they can call directly to make an appointment for vaccine shot. On the day of the vaccination, there were also many kind volunteers who took care of them enthusiastically and methodically at the scene to truly show their goodness in helping others.
As soon as I entered the clinic, I felt very comfortable. The service of the medical staff was very kind. The doctor was very patient to listen to me and tell me my problems, and please give me good suggestions.

Before the pandemic, I have attended a few medical seminars in their Alhambra medical clinic.
The volunteers would bring snacks and gifts for the audiences. I enjoy the seminar and the ambient.
I have visited the Tzu Chi Health Center in Alhambra. I had Comprehensive Metabolic Panel blood test. Without insurance, the total cost is about 50% lower than any local urgent care clinics.
This is a great medical clinic for basic PCP consultation and annual bloodbwork.
I joined the Tzu Chi outreach group to Ecuador in 2019. I was so impressed with the organisation( the mission, the staff, the passion and the effectiveness) that when I got back to US, I decided to join more of their program. So far, I had been in COVID-19 vaccination program as well as preventive medicine measures. I’m glad I could be of help to others and that this organisation really does the job
Before the pandemic, I have participated as a volunteer helping to set up mobile dental stations in a community outreach program in Bakersfield, CA. It was an exhilarating experience to be part of an organization that lends a helping hand to those who are less fortunate.

I love their services and have been their volunteers for 15 years. They don’t just treat patients’ physical problems but also provide kindness and love to anyone entering the clinic.
TCMF provides surgical masks to Clark County Detention Centers while they couldn’t purchase masks to protect officers, nurses and inmates. The COVID-19 is under control in the 4 jails because TCMF donated masks in time.
Your organization has done great job for PPE distribution to the front line health care workers.

Tzu Chi Medical Foundation has medical clinics with wonderful doctors and staff that provide compassionate services in their health centers at a very affordable price. Their dentists offer fantastic care, and their acupuncture service is amazing!! They also provide periodic medical outreach events, offering free medical, dental and acupuncture services.
As a donor and volunteer since 2007, I appreciate Tzu Chi providing this platform to volunteer my time and donate to causes that I believe in. I'm happy to say that as of 7/2/20, it has donated over $5.3 million worth of much-needed personal protective equipment to over 1000 frontline healthcare institutions.

It is a wonderful faith based volunteer organization. I am a patient, a volunteer and a donor in this organization. Their services are great including primary care, dental services and even acupuncture services. The providers are very kind and profession. The staffs are nice and helpful.
I was introduced by a friend to volunteer at the Tzu Chi Medical Foundation. Not only the staff but also the medical practitioners are super friendly and pay much attention to the needs of patients regardless whether they are insured, under-insured or uninsured. They have three health centers located at Alhambra, South El Monte and Wilmington to provide medical, dental and acupuncture services. The health centers are clean and hygienic; they also provide health education workshops during weekends. Really appreciate the volunteering opportunity with them and be able to help!
