Causes: AIDS, AIDS Research, Health
Mission: To enhance the health and wellness of our community, which includes sexual, gender, and racial minorities and the people who live and work in our neighborhoods.
Programs: Brothers united programs are centered around awareness. Additional services include: 1) advocacy - activities include education, outreach, prevention programs such as red ribbon rumble hiv prevention program, and various other related functions. 2) care service - activities designed to increase knowledge of hiv status, encourage risk reduction and secure needed referrals for appropriate medical, prevention, and partner notification counseling and referral services. 3) prevention services and support - activities include various group meetings and workshops that educate and empower those affected by hiv/aids.
