Mission: The Brookline Arts Center or BAC - is a non-degree school for the visual arts committed to stimulating individual creative expression and appreciation of the visual arts by providing high quality, affordable programming. The Center is a supportive environment where people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities can study, create and present art. Through educational programs, community outreach and exhibitions, BAC brings people together, and enhances community life.
Programs: Classes - providing classes and workshops in visual arts and sponsoring events and activities serving adults and children. Served over 9,000 people in the current fiscal year.
gallery events - exhibiting fine art by local and regional artists for the education of the general public. Gallery events include talks and programs featuring local fine artists. Most gallery events and exhibitions are free to the public.
