Incorporated in 1984 as the Women’s Resource Center, Bright Future Foundation''s mission is to "Empower individuals and families affected by domestic violence and abuse to lead safe, productive lives through prevention services, advocacy, crisis intervention and recovery services.” As Eagle County’s only domestic violence and sexual assault agency, we strive to break the generational cycle of violence by delivering services that provide immediate relief to families in need. Core programs include: 24/7 crisis hotline (English & Spanish), safehouse/emergency shelter, transitional housing, advocacy, psychological services, legal representation, financial literacy, youth advocacy and mentorship, and outreach prevention/education. BFF is dedicated to the prevention of interpersonal violence, including child abuse, teen dating violence, domestic abuse, and sexual assault.
Programs: Bright Future Foundation’s Advocate’s Against Assault program includes our core victim services: 24/7 Crisis Hotline (English/Spanish Advocates), Crisis Intervention Services, Emergency Services, Supportive Client Services, Counseling Services, Legal Advocacy, Emergency Legal Services, Case Management, and Long-Term Recovery Management.
Every community deserves to have an organization that supports victims of domestic violence like the Bright Future Foundation. With a victim's hotline available in English or Spanish, crisis intervention services, and a buddy mentoring program this organization is a valued nonprofit in Eagle County.
