I am the parent of three graduates, a former Board member, a volunteer and a current administrator. From a parent's perspective, I could not be more pleased with the educational experience my three children had. All went to top tier universities, where they were very well prepared, and graduated with honors. Each of my children followed a very different path through the school, emerging as well-rounded, delightful young adults, able to engage the world and to think critically.
In my other capacities, I have observed a well-run organization that very carefully stewards the funds entrusted to them. The organization runs on a thin margin, but finishes each year in the black. The administration has stayed the course laid out in 1947 by the founders.
The school was recognized as one of the "Fifty Best Christian High Schools in America", in 2014...the only California school selected, from over 12,000 reviewed Protestant and Catholic schools across the country.
