Causes: Health
Mission: The breath of life foundation is committed to working with the cystic fibrosis centers in green bay and milwaukee to filter funds directly to families who need it. We are working to promote a higher quality of life for those who are battling every day to breathe. We want to help with financial assistance for medications, additional treatments, nutritional supplements, travel, lodging and other ancillary costs that make life even harder to live.
Programs: Medical expenses. Our foundation provided program services for patients medical expenses that included medical co-pays not covered by traditional health insurance programs, expenses related to nutritional supples and a variety of non-traditional medical expenses associated with maintaining overall health realted to cystic fibrosis.
healthy lifestyle. Our foundation provdied program services for patients to maintain a healthy lifestlye in an effort to battle the degenerative effects of chronic lung disease. These program services included sports fees, memberships and various equipment.
medical bills sent to collections. Our foundation provided program services for patients who had experienced unpaid bills sent to collections.
we had a toy and book drive to provide toys, books and gift cards to cf patients who had to be in the hospital over the holiday season. We provided this to children's hospitals in milwaukee and green bay and froedtert hospital in milwaukee.
