Mission: Our mission is to walk alongside men, women and children with HIV disease and AIDS, through direct care, education, outreach and advocacy. Our vision is to extend life, love, beauty, and nourishment during the AIDS pandemic. Founded in 1989, BREAD & ROSES has a full-care AIDS residence and hospice in Georgetown, CT, and Positive Alternative sites for complementary therapies in Bridgeport, Danbury, New Haven, Norwalk, and Stamford. The Seed Fund, Toy and Gift Collection, and Positive Interactions are the core of our programs for children.
